2. Services Provided
Grow My Business Dubai operates as a registered agency providing custom software development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and IT consulting services.
- All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in a formal contract or Statement of Work (SOW) prior to commencement.
- Client modifications outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide necessary assets, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure that any materials provided (logos, text, images) do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties or violate UAE laws.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued based on the milestones outlined in the SOW. Payments are strictly due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of active campaigns or development work.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Grow My Business Dubai shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, resulting from the use of our software solutions or marketing campaigns.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in UAE legislation or our business operations. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
