1. General Policy
At Grow My Business Dubai, we invest significant time, labor, and technical resources into every project immediately upon onboarding. Due to the custom nature of software development, digital marketing strategy, and consulting services, our refund policy is strictly defined below.
2. Custom Software & App Development
For custom development projects, payments are typically broken into milestones defined in your Statement of Work (SOW):
- Initial Deposit: The kickoff deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the immediate costs of technical architecture, design prototyping, and resource allocation.
- Milestone Payments: Once a milestone is delivered and approved by the client, the payment for that milestone becomes strictly non-refundable.
- If the client chooses to terminate the project mid-development, they will be billed for any unbilled hours worked up to the termination date. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Digital marketing is an ongoing service that involves direct labor and third-party ad spend:
- Agency Retainer: Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced. If you wish to cancel, you must provide a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
- Ad Spend: Any budget allocated directly to platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) cannot be refunded by Grow My Business Dubai once it has been spent on the respective platforms.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding deliverables or service quality, we urge clients to contact their dedicated project manager immediately. We are committed to rectifying any technical issues or misalignments in accordance with the agreed-upon project scope.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE.
5. Processing Refunds
In the rare event that a refund is approved by management (e.g., duplicate charge error), it will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14-21 business days, depending on your bank in the UAE.
